Meet the Las Vegas Team Behind Halden Heating and Air Las Vegas

We’re an independently owned and operated HVAC crew that’s been keeping Las Vegas homes cool since 2004. The people who show up at your door aren’t subcontractors or a rotating cast of strangers. They’re our people. Background-checked, uniformed, and trained to service Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard equipment. Between us we’ve seen just about everything a 115-degree summer day in Summerlin, Henderson, or North Las Vegas can throw at an air conditioner. Our People

Andre Fuller, Owner

Andre founded this Las Vegas location and still runs jobs personally when the schedule demands it. He came up doing residential AC repair in the Vegas valley and never saw a reason to make the work sound more complicated than it is. If your condenser is screaming like a lawnmower, he’ll tell you it’s probably a failed fan motor, what it costs, and whether it’s worth fixing. His rule is simple: written price before any work starts, written guarantee on every repair, and no technician leaves a job until the homeowner understands what was done and why. When he’s not on a roof or in an attic, he’s usually arguing about barbecue with someone who’s wrong about it.

Marcus T., Lead Technician

Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems in southern Nevada for over a decade. He’s EPA certified for refrigerant handling and has deep experience with high-efficiency heat pump systems and older R-22 units still limping along in some of the older neighborhoods around downtown Las Vegas. His diagnostic approach is methodical: test pressures, check airflow, verify electrical loads, then explain the findings in plain English. When he’s not chasing a refrigerant leak in a 130-degree attic, he’s rebuilding a classic motorcycle in his garage and pretending it’ll be done by next summer.

Dana R., Senior Installer

Dana leads our AC installation and furnace replacement jobs, which means she’s the one making sure your new system actually fits the ductwork you already have. She’s factory-trained on Carrier, Trane, and Goodman equipment and handles everything from single-stage swaps to full variable-speed heat pump installations. Around Las Vegas, proper airflow and correct refrigerant charge matter more than anywhere else; Dana sets both to manufacturer spec and tests before she calls the job done. Outside work, she’s the reason the team has snacks on long days and the only person who consistently remembers where the ladder went.

Rosa P., Service Coordinator

Rosa is the voice on the phone at 2 a.m. when your AC dies in August and you’re trying to figure out if it’s worth calling someone tonight. She’s been with Halden Heating and Air Las Vegas for eight years and knows the dispatch board, the schedule, and every technician’s location on a live map. She’s the one who books your call, gives you a live arrival time, and keeps you updated while the tech is en route. If you call and don’t get a voicemail tree, that’s Rosa.
