We founded Halden Heating and Air in 2004 on a simple idea that still drives every call we run in Las Vegas: if we put our name on the work, we stand behind it. That’s not marketing language. It means every repair gets a written guarantee before we pack up our tools, every job gets a written price before work starts, and if a repair fails, we return at no charge. No fine print. No arguing. No “well, technically” conversations. Andre Fuller, Owner, signs off on this standard for every single job we run, from Summerlin to Henderson to centennial Hills. You get it in writing because a handshake is nice, but a written promise is enforceable. That’s the difference between a company that hopes you’re satisfied and one that’s contractually obligated to make sure you are.
What’s Covered
When we say a job is guaranteed, here’s specifically what that means for your home in Las Vegas:
- Every repair gets a written guarantee. Not a verbal promise. A document that states what we fixed, what parts we used, and exactly what we’ll do if that same repair fails within the coverage window.
- Free second visit if the repair fails. If the same issue comes back, we return at no charge. No trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no “well, this part’s different” conversation. The guarantee covers it automatically.
- Written price before any work starts. On every job, without exception. You’ll know the exact dollar figure before a wrench turns. No surprises at the door, no “while we were in there” add-ons.
- Cleanup is part of the job. We don’t leave old parts, wire clippings, or packaging on your property. When we leave, your home looks like we weren’t there, except your AC or furnace works.
- On-time arrival you can track. You get a live arrival time when you book, and you can watch your technician drive to your door. Not a four-hour window. Not “sometime between noon and whenever.”
- Certified work on major brands. Our techs are certified to service Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard. If you’ve got one of those systems, we’re trained to fix it right the first time.
- 365-Day Done Right Promise. A full year of accountability on every completed job. If it’s not done right, we make it right. That promise is written into every work order.
Here’s what that coverage looks like in practice. Say you’ve got a capacitor that fails in July, which happens a lot in Las Vegas when the heat pushes AC systems to their limit. We replace it, and the repair is covered by our written guarantee. If that capacitor fails again during the coverage window, we come back and replace it again at no charge. That’s not us being generous. That’s us doing what we said we’d do in writing.

Our Satisfaction Promise
If something isn’t right, we fix it. That’s the entire process, but let’s walk through what it actually looks like. First, you call us at (725) 220-3488 and tell us what’s wrong. You’ll talk to a live person, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No voicemail trees, no “press 2 for dispatch,” no leaving a message and hoping someone calls back. Second, we schedule a return visit at a time that works for you, and you get a live arrival time you can track. Third, our technician arrives, looks at the work we did, and determines what failed. Fourth, if it’s our fault, we fix it at no charge under the written guarantee. Period.
What if you’re not satisfied for reasons that aren’t strictly mechanical? Maybe the job took longer than quoted, or the technician left your garage door open, or something just doesn’t feel right. Call us. We’ll send someone back to make it right. Andre Fuller owns this company, and he’s built it on the principle that a happy customer in Summerlin tells their neighbors, while an unhappy customer tells everyone they know. We’d rather spend the money to make it right than lose a neighborhood’s trust.
This satisfaction promise is backed by The Relay Standard and The Relay Visibility Guarantee, which are part of our operating agreement through Relay Home Co. That means we’re held to a measurable standard of accountability, not just our own good intentions. If we fall short, there’s a defined process to make it right. You don’t have to negotiate with a manager or escalate to corporate. The guarantee is written into the job from the start.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only worth the company behind it. We’re state-licensed and insured, which means the paperwork has teeth. If something goes wrong, you’re not left holding the bill. Our insurance covers the work we do on your property, and our licensing means we’ve met Nevada’s standards for HVAC contractors. It also means our technicians are background-checked and held to professional standards. When you let someone into your home to work on a furnace or AC system, you’re trusting them with your family’s comfort and safety. We take that seriously.
That’s the real guarantee behind the guarantee. A written promise is good. A written promise from a licensed, insured contractor with a 365-day accountability promise is better. It means we can’t just close up shop and walk away if something goes wrong. We have to answer for our work. That’s exactly how it should be.

AfterWhat Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
We’re straight about this because honesty is part of the promise. If a different component fails that’s unrelated to the original repair, that’s a new repair, not a warranty claim. If your system is 20 years old and a different part wears out, that’s not the same repair failing. We’ll give you a written price before any new work starts, and you’ll decide if it makes sense. We won’t hide behind exclusions, but we also won’t pretend every new problem is covered forever. That wouldn’t be honest.
Additionally, manufacturer warranties on parts are separate from our workmanship guarantee. If a part we installed has a manufacturer’s defect, we’ll handle the warranty claim for you, but the manufacturer’s terms determine what’s covered. Our guarantee covers our labor and the quality of our installation.
Why This Matters in Las Vegas Specifically
Las Vegas summers are brutal on HVAC equipment. Temperatures routinely exceed 110°F, and your AC system runs harder here than almost anywhere else in the country. That means repairs happen more often, and when they fail, they fail at the worst possible time. A guarantee that looks good on paper but takes a week to honor isn’t worth much when your house is 95°F inside. That’s why our guarantee includes a free second visit if the repair fails, and why we answer calls 24/7 with a live person. When your AC goes down in August, you can’t wait until Monday. You need someone who answers the phone at 2 a.m. and shows up with a written guarantee in hand.
Furnace repair in Las Vegas is a different story. Our winters are mild compared to the Midwest, but cold nights in the desert still require a working heating system. Our guarantee applies equally to furnace repairs, because a family shouldn’t be cold in December just because it’s Las Vegas. The same written guarantee covers both systems, and the same 365-Day Done Right Promise applies.
How to Make a Guarantee Claim
Making a claim under our guarantee is simple. Call (725) 220-3488 and tell the live person who answers what’s wrong. Reference the original job, and we’ll pull up your paperwork. We’ll schedule a return visit, send you a live arrival time, and a technician will come out and assess the situation. If the covered repair failed, we fix it at no charge. That’s the entire process. No claim forms, no waiting periods, no “we’ll get back to you.”
We built Halden Heating and Air in 2004 with the belief that HVAC work should be honest, documented, and guaranteed. Twenty-plus years later, that’s still how we operate. Book your AC or heat online, get a written price before work starts, and track your tech to the door. Every repair in writing. Every job guaranteed. That’s the Halden standard, and it’s the only way we do business in Las Vegas.
